This sculpture moves firmly into the surreal: King is not a portrait but an inner image, a symbol – perhaps of a king, perhaps of a being beyond category. It carries a quiet dignity, a dreamlike intensity, and a shamanic presence. Like a totem, it stands still yet charged, evoking ancient archetypes and forgotten rituals.
